Privacy Policy

asiaholidaynow.com and the CORE membership are run by Harmony Entertainment LLC ("we"). This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. Questions: team@asiaholidaynow.com.

What we collect

• When you join the CORE: your name, email, phone number and city, and anything you choose to share: a note to Asia, your answers to our fun questions, your favorite song, and a photo of yourself.
• Payments: handled by Stripe. Your card details go straight to Stripe and never touch our servers. We see your name, email, the last four digits of your card and your billing history. If you buy merch or a show ticket, Stripe also collects your shipping address or state, and we see it so we can ship your order or run the show.
• The CORE Group Chat: the messages you post, your replies and 🍎 reactions, and the date and time of each. Other signed-in members can see them, along with your first name, last initial and profile photo.
• Polls and challenges: which song you voted for, and your challenge entries. Other members only see the total percentages, never who voted for what.
• Live shows and giveaways: your name, email and state when you get a ticket or take a free entry, so we can run the drawing and contact winners.
• Notifications and emails: if you turn on phone notifications, your browser gives us a notification address (not your phone number). We also save whether you want the daily morning email.
• On your own device: the site remembers small conveniences, like your email for the sign-in box, in your browser. You can clear them by clearing your browser data.
• When you contact us: your name, email and message.
• Basic technical data: our host (Netlify) keeps standard server logs, like IP address and browser type, for security and to keep the site running.

How we use it

• To run your membership: confirm your payment, sign you in, and give you access to members-only content.
• To run the Group Chat, polls, challenges, live shows and giveaways, and to ship merch you buy.
• To send you the emails and notifications you signed up for, and messages about your membership, members-only events, and calls you request.
• Your city helps plan tour stops. Your optional profile photo shows on your members page and next to your messages in the Group Chat, where other signed-in members can see it. Asia also uses it to recognize members at shows and meet-and-greets. It is never posted publicly or used in ads.
• To answer business inquiries.
• To keep the site secure and prevent abuse, including spotting duplicate or accidental double payments so we can refund them.

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.

We use your phone number only for your account and to reach you about your membership. We do not send marketing or mass text messages.

AI

We do not use AI to read, analyze, score or make decisions about you or your information, and we do not feed your messages, photos or details into AI tools. There is no AI chatbot on this site. We do use AI writing and coding tools to help build the website and to help draft some site text and the daily notes. The morning note and midday check-in are written ahead of time and sent automatically on a schedule; everything else Asia posts, she writes herself.

Visitor analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages people enjoy. It does not use cookies, does not track you across other websites, and does not collect your name, email or any personal profile.

Cookies

We use one essential cookie, which keeps you signed in to the CORE for up to 30 days. It is not used for tracking or advertising. Stripe may set its own cookies on the payment step to prevent fraud. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.

Who we share it with

We only share what each company needs to do its job for us:

• Stripe, to process payments, subscriptions, refunds, ticket and merch orders, and giveaway payouts.
• Netlify, which hosts this website and privately stores member photos, Group Chat messages, poll votes and show entries.
• Cloudflare, for the cookie-free visit counts described above.
• Google, which runs our team email (team@asiaholidaynow.com), and our email delivery provider, which sends the daily emails. They receive your email address and the email itself.
• Apple, Google or Mozilla (whichever made your browser), which deliver phone and browser notifications if you turn them on.
• Zoom, if you join a hangout or call. Zoom sees the name you enter there.
• Authorities, only if the law requires it.

Links to Spotify, untitled.stream, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, our merch store and other sites take you to services with their own privacy policies. Some merch links tell the store that we sent you, so we get credit for the sale. That link does not include your name or email.

How long we keep it

• Membership and payment records: while you are a member and as long as needed for tax and accounting records afterward. Stripe keeps payment records under its own policy.
• Profile photos: deleted right away when you tap "Remove my photo," and deleted automatically 30 days after your membership ends.
• Group Chat messages: kept while the chat runs. You can delete your own messages anytime, and we will delete all of them if you ask.
• Show and giveaway entries: kept as long as needed for giveaway and tax records.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing team@asiaholidaynow.com from the email you joined with, and we will do it within 30 days (usually much sooner). When we delete something, we delete the file itself, not just the link to it. You can remove your photo yourself on your members page, turn notifications off in your phone or browser settings, and turn off the daily email with the link at the bottom of any email. If you live in California or another state with privacy laws, you have these rights by law, and we will not treat you differently for using them.

Cancel anytime, in two taps: tap "Cancel membership" at the bottom of your members page, then "Yes, cancel my membership." You will not be charged again, and you keep access until the end of the month you paid for. You can also email us and we will cancel it for you.

Kids

The CORE is for people 18 and older, or 13 to 17 with a parent or guardian's permission. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Security

We use encrypted connections, keep members-only content, photos and messages behind sign-in (none of our storage is public), and never store card numbers. No system is perfect, so please tell us right away at team@asiaholidaynow.com if you think your account was misused.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date above and let members know about important changes by email.
